How do I clean Canetis panels?

 

Remove dust and dirt with a stiff plastic bristle brush. Use distilled water for stains. Always use a soft, clean cloth and make sure to dry thoroughly.

 

What is the warranty on Canetis products?

All products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Yes. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be billed accordingly.

How long does delivery take?

Our lead times are as follows:

• Sheet products: 1–2 weeks

• Standard products: 4 weeks

• Customized products: 6–8 weeks after receiving approved designs

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Changes or cancellations require written authorization from us.

• Special orders and items already in production cannot be modified or canceled.

• All sheet products are considered in production once cut.

• Standard items already in production are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
  We also reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

 

Can I return a product?

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization and shipping instructions from us.

• A minimum 50% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.

• No credit is given if the returned products cannot be reused.

• Special orders are non-returnable.

What colors and thicknesses are available for Canetis sheets?

Our acoustic panels are available in 58 colors and in two thicknesses:

• 9 mm (3/8")

• 12 mm (1/2")

 

Do you provide custom prints on panels?

Yes. We offer both standard print collections and fully custom prints, quoted per project based on the client’s artwork file.
